The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great with wonderful fruits...

Had a really nice stay on vacation. Really enjoyed the comfort room with all amenities. Felt like we were home. The staff was absolutely courteous, helpful. The location was excellent and perfect, for example, a train station was close to the venue. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location was ideal, with convenient access to nearby transportation options like the train station.

our hotel was in a great and amazing location close to all the shopping areas like shinjuku ikebukuro. plus, it was next to the trains and many restaurants and shops, department store and jr train station, and a nice shopping centre. single room with excellent large beds, bedroom, as for instance accommodated us perfectly.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

The hotel is reasonably large with very polite staff members. Impeccable service and the food is delicious. Every time we stay in Tokyo, like to stay here...

The single room here is functional and a decent size, featuring a bathtub in the luxurious bathroom.

Great breakfast with wonderful fruits, MAGNIFICENT location. Extremely comfy beds, a safe box, television, and a fridge in the room. Location adjacent to lively area of cafes and the trains and many restaurants and shops and the Yamanote train line.

The place was quite clean, we had a great experience with the staff, the location was convenient near Sugamo Park, and we loved the restaurant with a Western menu.

The rooms here are bright and come with all the essential amenities, including a bathroom.
